What do I need for the Mexican residency and visa?
Mexican Temporary Residency: Passport scan.
Mexican Permanent Residency (after 4 years of Temporary): Passport scan.
Mexican Permanent Residency (directly, if you qualify): Passport scan.
Mexican Work Visa (same benefits as the Temporary Residency):
- Contract of the Mexican employer (the company has already hired you).
- Employer's Invitation Letter. The Employer must be registered in the 'Instituto Nacional de Migración'. The letter has to contain specific details like contract's duration, when will you start working, etc.
- Appointment at the closest Consulate or Embassy (with all the proper documents)
If some step, document or part of the document is missing, the work visa will be rejected.
What are the timelines to Obtain Mexican Residency?
Mexican Temporary Residency: 1 week.
Mexican Permanent Residency (after 4 years of Temporary): 2 weeks.
Mexican Permanent Residency (directly, if you qualify):

- 30 Days in another state. Requires flying to that state. Includes biometrics. Half the price.
Can I get a Mexican Visa with Miquel Gironès Co? All nationalities?
Yes.
Chinese and Russians are more complex. We've successfully got them visas, however.
Depending on the presence in Mexico or not, in what state they are we can work out a solution.
Airport deportations are a threat when things are not done properly—specially with these two nationalities.
All the other countries can get a Mexican Visa with us much faster and efficiently—usually via 'la red consular mexicana.'
